








Breanne R. Moll Ardila
Fluent in Spanish and a speaker of Mandarin Chinese, Breanne studied in England, Spain, Guatemala, Mexico and Ecuador, and has lived and worked in Colombia, Germany and China. While in Colombia, she worked in immigration and trademark/copyright law with Brigard & Urrutia, a respected Bogota firm.
A well-traveled multi-lingual professional who specializes in immigration law, Breanne demonstrates a compassion and ability to understand each client’s unique situation. Outside the office, she keeps a full schedule with an interest in kickboxing, dancing, travel and helping raise her young daughter.
A political science major, Breanne received her undergraduate and juris doctor degrees from the University of Missouri at Columbia. She also studied business administration and economics at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
As a GILS Group partner, Breanne understands the complexities of immigration procedures on a personal level and is sensitive to culture differences and language barriers that can be a challenge when moving to a new country.
A published writer and orator, she loves the music of Bon Jovi.

Karla Klingner Diaz
Karla Diaz is a motivator, and while encouraging those with whom she comes in contact to live a healthy and active life, has worked as both a litigator and transactional attorney for law firms in Missouri and the District of Columbia. She also served as a legislative assistant on Capitol Hill to U.S. Senator Christopher S. Bond, advising clients in the areas of agriculture, water, biotechnology and education policy. She also handled issues impacting children’s welfare.
As the GILS Group President and Partner, Karla, who was raised on a family farm near Unionville, Missouri and earned both her B.S. in Agriculture and Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri, has built an excellent standing as an agricultural and environmental law practitioner, representing farmers and ranchers in areas of estate and succession planning, business formation, farm accident and injury and immigration law.
On the personal side, Karla’s involvement with the international program Trekking for Kids has allowed her to combine her passion for the outdoors, physical fitness and travel to positively influence the lives and well-being of children around the globe.
